1 . How to Register in PA?
Open www.propertyadviser.in click on Register and fill in the relevant information and click on "submit" You will get an OTP through mobile after entering your OTP click on submit button and you need to verify your email Id. Link Sent to your mail then registration process will be completed.
2 .I Have Forgotten My Password, What Do I Do Now?
We provide you two options to retrieve your password.
- Open www.propertyadviser.in click on Login/Register. If you are an existing user click on Forgot password by entering your registered email id and click on "Submit". It redirects to OTP page by typing OTP and Submit. (OTP will send to your email & Mobile) after submit then you can set new password and login.

3 . How to login in Pa & what is Login through OTP?
Already Registered PA users can login with Email and Password. If you are a registered user in PA you can do Login through OTP with your registered email ID and mobile number. (OTP will send to your registered mobile number). By entering OTP you can Login.
4 .Why my account is blocked and unable to login although I m a registered user?
If a registered user account is blocked when he/she enters wrong password with 3 attempts the account will block.
- Then user has to do login through OTP with registered E-mail and mobile number he/she can login successfully after OTP verification has done.
- Click on Forgot password and enter your registered email id and "submit" OTP will send to your registered mobile number by entering OTP you can login.
5 . How to change my password?
Go to Manage Profile from there click on Change password and fill in the relevant information and click on "submit" then your password will be change.
6 .How to change my Email and Mobile number?
There is no edit option to change your Email and Mobile numbers please do contact us (or) you can directly call us @ 8008421000.
