At the HITEX exhibition centre from October 6-8, 2023, the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) of Telangana will host the 13th edition of their property expo. 

Previously known as TREDA, NAREDCO Telangana is now an efficient self-regulatory promoter agency for the state's real estate sector. 

The three-day event will feature a variety of properties to cater to diverse client needs, as stated in the Tuesday release. 

NAREDCO Telangana says "Hyderabad's real estate market is one of the most booming in India." In the past decade, the city's real estate market has grown and performed well. Unlike many other big cities, Hyderabad's growth has often been double-digit. 

“As we approach the festive season, now is the perfect time for all potential buyers to think about, plan, and invest in a property of their choice,” said B Sunil Chandra Reddy, president of NAREDCO Telangana.

Hyderabad has excelled in real estate for a decade. Chandra Reddy said Hyderabad regularly enjoys double-digit growth, unlike other significant cities.
