Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao recently laid the foundation for the Bharat Bhavan Centre for Excellence and Human Resource Development.
It is being set up with state-of-the-art technology. The CM performed the ceremony commencing the construction of the 15-storeyed structure spanning around 11 acres in Kokapet.
He also planted a sapling to mark the occasion.
BRS secretary general and Parliamentary party leader, Ministers, MLCs, MLAs and other leaders from the party attended the ceremony.
The Centre will function as a training facility for party workers, providing them access to information from all corners of the country. And necessary accommodation for the trainees to stay.
It will feature spacious meeting halls, a state-of-the-art digital library, multilingual newspapers, news collation services, and the provision of essential information to party leaders.
It will also serve as a platform for gathering state-wise and sector-wise data.
