Capgemini leased the property from GAR & Sons builders. The office leaseholds up to a tenure of 60 months across two separate deals with 15% escalations, said a lease document shared by Propstack. 

Capgemini Technology Services India, the Indian arm of the European tech giant, has extended its lease agreement for over 300,000 square feet in 2 areas of commercial office area in Kokapet, Hyderabad.  

The office area is leased for a period of 60 months through two separate agreements featuring a 15% escalation clause. This information is detailed in a lease document that Propstack disclosed. 

The firm will be paying a rent that values Rs 34 and Rs 41 per sq. ft. across the two properties being leased. 

A decision has been made to escalate the rent by 15% after the initial 36 months, as stated in the lease document.
