Collector M. Hanumantha Rao got an illegal layout completely demolished at Rudaram in Patancheru Mandal. One can interpret this action as an apparent attempt to warn those who are making money out of their illegal structures and how the collector will continue to assume zero tolerance towards it. 

As per the sources, the layout site was reportedly located adjacent to the National Highway, and the structures were torn down as they were found to be illegally constructed. However, the actual reason behind delay and derailment in taking up the right action and proceeding with the investigation on the part of officials is yet to be discovered. It's been several years in a row that real estate activity has been shaping up at that place, but it never caught the attention of the concerned authorities and officials.
