Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) is a Telangana State Government initiative that works towards providing the development of Industrial infrastructure in the State.  

The TSIIC is working on developing an IT tower on 8.87 acres of land at Kandlakoya, near Medchal ORR exit 6, Hyderabad, under the Growth in Dispersion (GRID) Policy.  

The TSIIC intends to select an experienced private-sector developer to develop the project on a Joint Development basis.  

The estimated cost of this project is Rs. 500 crores, excluding the cost of the land.  

The preferred bidder shall form a Special Purpose Company (SPC) that will enter into a Joint Development Agreement with the TSIIC.  

Bid Parameter:- Highest IT and ITES built-up area over and above minimum BUA (development share of 2,00,000 square feet) offered to the TSIIC.
