The earlier revenue system of registration was full of hassles that caused stress to the woman Mettala Bharatamma, who had been wanting to make a gift deed for her sons and planning for it for quite so long. However, due to the complicated system, she had a hard time fulfilling her plans. When she discovers from her sons that a portal called Dharani has been launched. She decided to take a plunge. She had land of 4.7acres at Jellacheruvu Village in the Mandal to her name that she inherited from her deceased husband. The gift deed finally materialised on Tuesday in the name of her sons and registration happened on Wednesday. To book the slot, they spent INR 300/-

Bharatamma and her sons couldn't stop raving about the simplification of this process and how smooth and hassle-free the whole experience had been for them. Her sons also admitted that this process is going to be extremely useful for small and marginal farmers. They were pleased to share their satisfactory experience with the collector RV Karnan who came to inspect Tehsildaar's office.

Tehsildar also said that around 99 registrations have been successfully materialised so far and no pendency is there as of now. For Wednesday, 10 slots have been already booked to make a registration for gift deeds by Khammam women.
