Traditional formal dining halls have experienced a major drop in popularity. Unlike earlier, people are trying to create more relaxed dining rooms.

But if you already have one of these classic formal dining rooms, you can convert them into more informal and current without dismantling them with these few ideas.

A very current possibility is to create a corner dining room. You can include it in the kitchen and not have to dedicate a full stay to the dining room.  You can play with the colors as well. In every space, the white is perfect with the surroundings.

One option that allows you to relax in the more formal dining room is to make a fun choice of chairs. Mixing and combining chairs of different colors, materials and styles allow you a great margin of activity. However, the rest of the room should be kept as neutral as possible or very well interrelated with the colors of the chairs.
