Hafeezpet, one of the bustling suburbs of Hyderabad is a commercial area located near the software hub of Hyderabad, Madhapur, and Miyapur. One can find ready-to-move-in as well as under-construction villas and apartments in gated communities along with stand-alone apartments in Hafeezpet. We moved to Hafeezpet a few years back, considering the proximity to my office and the amenities available. Hafeezpet is a good residential area with good connectivity and well developed social infrastructure

The area is only 5 kms away from Madhapur while Gachibowli is 10kms away. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is 36kms away. Jubilee Bus Station is at a distance of 17kms while Secunderabad Railway Station is s 20kms away. Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stand is 24kms away. Considering the proximity to my workplace, I chose Hafeezpet. I am sharing a 3 BHK apartment with my colleagues. The rent is also affordable.

There are many restaurants and eateries along with several retail outlets that cater to the daily needs of residents here. For any major purchases, shopping malls in Kondapur and Miyapur are among closest ones. There is also a strong presence of many schools and hospitals in the area. Hafeezpet has Manjeera connection for water supply apart from private bore-wells.

Apartments are mostly in 2-BHK and 3-BHK format and villas are available primarily in 3-BHK and 4-BHK format. Also, a proximity of a villa or an apartment to Hafeezpet main road will increase its pricing. The rentals here are in the range of Rs 11,000 to Rs 17,000 for a 2 BHK apartment and Rs 18,000 to Rs 30,000 for a 3 BHK apartment, depending on how well the house is furnished along with other amenities provided.
