Buying a home is better quoted if it is located in a quiet but well-connected area with several means of transport and, in turn, with efficient infrastructure services. 

Today the search for homes is given by the possibilities offered by the market. That is, there is no standard criterion for choosing a house/apartment, but there are other factors that influence decision making, such as real estate according to the demand to be satisfied and estimated sales values.

The rentals are few and very expensive and most of the properties are put up for sale. That the developers are looking for land is triggering a small increase in prices in the most required areas.

There are more people looking for properties to buy than to rent. Most tried to become a tenant.  The dynamics of mortgage loans impacted on the equation of real estate purchase and sale operations as well as renting. In 2016, only 42% of the demand was looking for apartment to buy, today 56% of the demand seeks to buy and only 44% rent.
