Neopolis layout to expand Hyderabad's pride furthermore

Arvind Kumar, the Special Chief Secretary to Municipal Administration Department and HMDA metropolitan commissioner, recently shared exciting news at a pre-bid conference held at T-Hub. He expressed that the Neopolis layout in Kokapet will be a significant achievement for Hyderabad, adding to its success. 

The project covers 41 acres of land allotted by HMDA and undertakes the development of infrastructural amenities worth Rs 450 crores. In 1.5 years, the area's transformation will amaze everyone. 

The Neopolis layout holds a precious place in the city's western corridor. TS-bPASS will issue approvals for the construction of multi-storeyed structures in this area. It is situated at 588 metres from the mean sea level. 

Over 50 representatives from major real estate firms attended the conference, and a Zoom conference was arranged for those who couldn't participate in. MSTC representatives gave a helpful power-point presentation. Other key participants included HMDA chief engineer BLN Reddy, secretary P Chandraiah, Director Vidyadhar, Chief Information Officer SK Meera, Chief Accounts Officer Vijayalakshmi, and OSD M Ramksihan.
