AltF Coworking to Open Over 20 Co-working Centers by FY25

AltF Coworking is planning to open over 20 coworking centres by FY25

AltF Coworking is planning on opening 14 coworking centres by the financial year 2023-24 and 22 additional coworking centres by the financial year 2024-25. The company plans on investing around Rs.10 crores in the year 2024-2025.  

"We plan to expand in the same model and invest around Rs 10 crore in FY 2024-25," said Yogesh Arora, the co-founder of the company. 

The company is looking to raise funds at an estimated figure of $1-2 million in Q1 2024 to fund the acquisition of 4-6 properties in the next coming financial year. 

The company recently launched a 50,000 sq ft co-working space having a total of 1500 desks capacity in Okhla, New Delhi. Rent at the centre is close to Rs. 150 per sq ft. 

It is also looking to expand its presence in Hyderabad and Pune.  

"We plan to expand our operations in India in 2024. We are expanding our presence in Hyderabad and Pune markets while strengthening our presence in Delhi NCR parallelly”, stated Arora. 

Currently, AltF Coworking operates 11 centres in Delhi-NCR having over five lakh sq ft of space.
