Amid rising layoffs and global recession, flex players are expanding in Hyderabad.  

Simpliwork expanded from 1 million sq ft to 2.5 msft over the past 4-5 years. Smartworks and Skootr grew to 2 msft in 18 months and 1 msft in one year.  

The Executive Centre (TEC) will add another 1 lakh sq ft in 2023 to its footprint of 65,000 sq ft. There is an emergence of The Business Quarter, a boutique co-working facility, coming up in 2023. 

Hyderabad is one of the fastest-growing phenomenal and open markets. Hyderabad zoomed to 6 msft with about 85,000 seats in 2018 in the HiTec City area.
