Locality profile

Kukatpally is an old housing board colony in suburban Hyderabad, developed by the Andhra Pradesh government.  As the locality now comes under the jurisdiction of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the basic infrastructure and civic amenities here are regulated by this body, unlike other suburban areas where the municipality is responsible for the development. This makes it more preferable among homebuyers.

Connectivity

It has direct road connectivity to the IT hub of Hyderabad, making it a favorable choice for those working in these areas.The upcoming Hyderabad Metro will have a stoppage at Kukatpally, offering it connectivity to other commercial hubs of Hyderabad. Once the Metro becomes operational, the area will be connected to Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University (JNTU).

Property options

Kukatpally has a number of rental housing options to offer. The area has always been on the radar of real estate investors due to its location advantages and expected Metro connectivity. Renters find this area more preferable also because of lesser security deposit than what is demanded in HITECH City and Gachibowli.
