Sify Infinite Spaces, an ICT giant Sify Technologies division, has leased more than 1.5 lakh square feet of office space. The property is in the heart of Hyderabad's commercial sector, known as Nanakramguda. The lease for the five-floor office space is for sixty months. 

As per the lease agreement paperwork provided by Propstack, a data analytics company, the annual rent increase for the company will be over 3%, bringing the total to over Rs 42.

Two deals in a year. It signed over 96000 sq. ft. of financial sector office space for 120 months in 2022.

Sify is expanding its data centre capacity due to India Inc.'s exponential data growth as it digitizes and applies AI to business. The company has 11 data centres with over 100mw capacity and expects to add 350mw in four years. Kotak data centre fund and Sify Infinite Spaces Ltd. have agreed to expand additional data centres. 

During its most recent earnings call, the business revealed that it had signed an agreement with Kotak data centre fund (KDCF) on July 20, 2023, under which KDCF would invest up to Rs 600 crore (about USD 73 million) in the form of compulsorily convertible debentures of SIS. Kotak had already put $135 million into Sify back in 2021.
