An e-auction of 38 plots took place, located in many districts of the Telangana state. 

The development authority earned only Rs. 195.24 crores when the expected amount was Rs.750 crores.  

Only nine plots were sold in the auction. 

The auctioned plots are located in Ameenpur, Patancheru, Ramachandrapuram, Jinnaram, Quthbullapur, Ghatkesar, Bachupally, Kukatpally and Gandi Maisamma.  

The auction was conducted in two sessions, i.e., in the morning and the afternoon.  

In the morning session, out of 18 plots, seven land parcels were sold. 

In the afternoon session, out of 17 plots, only two were sold. 

The development authority extended the last date for submission of the token advances of Rs.3 lakhs for 3 BHK flats, Rs. 2 lakhs for 2 BHK flats, and Rs. 1 lakh for 1 BHK flat. 

The token amounts need to be submitted s a demand draft drawn in favour of the Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA.
