WeWork India, a flexible space provider, has now signed a new workspace at Raheja Mindspace located in Madhapur, Hyderabad. 

The new WeWork office is spread over 100,000 sq ft with a desk capacity of 1,500+, and this workspace is expected to open up its operations in August 2023. 

Arnav S. Gusain, the head of real estate and product WeWork India, said, "Hyderabad is emerging as one of India’s top business destinations, with enterprises and large tech companies setting up operations in the city. The surge in office leasing volume in recent years indicates a robust growth trajectory, and we are confident that this trend will continue. " 

This is the third workspace that the company is opening in Hyderabad. 

The company has over 6.5 million sq ft of assets signed across 45 locations in the National Capital Region (NCR), Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
