Over 35 Lakh Houses Afforded to Beneficiaries in PMAY-U

The Indian Government under PMAY-U has handed over thirty-five lakh houses to beneficiaries while 65 lakh houses are currently under construction. It would generate an estimated 3.65 crore jobs in the construction of all the approved houses under the project, of which around 1.65 crore jobs would have already been created.
