Brigade Enterprises has won an e-auction held by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for 9.71 acres of land in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, for Rs. 68 crores per acre, according to a BSE filing.
A sale deed for the purchase of a 5 acre 35.25 guntas of land parcel in Venkatala Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru was signed in September 2023 by Brigade-Tetrarch, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and Bangalore Ceramics for a total consideration of Rs 123.50 crores.
On this land parcel, they will be building a residential project with approximately one million square feet of development and an approximate Rs. 800 crore potential for revenue, as stated in the regulatory filing.
