Brigade Enterprises has won an e-auction held by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for 9.71 acres of land in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, for Rs. 68 crores per acre, according to a BSE filing. 

A sale deed for the purchase of a 5 acre 35.25 guntas of land parcel in Venkatala Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru was signed in September 2023 by Brigade-Tetrarch, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and Bangalore Ceramics for a total consideration of Rs 123.50 crores. 

On this land parcel, they will be building a residential project with approximately one million square feet of development and an approximate Rs. 800 crore potential for revenue, as stated in the regulatory filing. 

The acquisition of Brigade Enterprises is a sign that the company is serious about growing its business and investing in real estate, so it's ready to take the next step in Hyderabad.
