The CII's Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) held the first-ever IGBC Green Property Show at Hitex Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from July 28-30, 2023.
The show is an excellent place for the citizens of Hyderabad to learn about making greener choices. It's all about empowering you to impact your surroundings and society as a whole positively. It also addresses essential long-term challenges like resource availability and climate change.
Telangana State Municipal Minister KT Rama Rao suggested that all building firms prioritize green buildings to save future generations and account for environmental changes. He indicated that builders study modern green architecture and start using eco-friendly materials.
Over 75 exhibitors are showing green-rated homes and businesses. The Council, part of CII, said the first-of-its-kind expo aims to sensitize and stimulate purchasers to invest in a greener future by choosing IGBC-certified or pre-certified green projects, technology and services over conventional structures.
Green buildings, energy-efficient designs, renewable energy solutions, and eco-conscious architecture will be fully displayed for attendees. The expo showcases many innovative greener and sustainably living options, from eco-homes to green commercial spaces. In addition to all the significant advantages, green buildings can qualify for financial incentives, like lower interest rates on loans for home buyers and developers.
