Distribution of 2BHK Houses in Hyderabad start from Sept 2

Distribution of Dignity Housing Scheme's 2BHK Houses on Sep 2nd

Distribution of 70,000 Hyderabad-built double-bedroom Telangana government housing units will commence next week.

Within a week, the first five to six distribution phases to beneficiaries will begin. K.T. Rama Rao, the minister of municipal administration and urban development, presided over a meeting on Wednesday.

The officials reported to the Ministers that the distribution of 70,000 newly built houses was now available. Officials have said that the verification procedure for those who have already filed applications is nearly complete and that the handover of the residences to the eligible beneficiaries is moving along quickly.

According to Minister KTR, just 75,000 two-bedroom homes were built within the GHMC's jurisdiction, despite the municipality's goal of building one million. Nearly 4,500 of those homes have already been distributed to residents. In five or six phases, the 70,000 homes that are now complete and ready to be given to the recipients will be given out.

The ministers shared suggestions about distributing the 2BHK houses that the city public eagerly awaits.

The ministers mentioned that officials identify the beneficiaries by conducting field visits without political interference. The ministers also had a friendly discussion about identifying beneficiaries for the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. They also talked about the importance of moving the scheme forward quickly.
