A recent New Delhi report noted that real estate developers are adamant about expanding their business with re-establishment in mind. 

Their intention resulted in a sharp rise in land deals that jumped over eight major Indian cities, from the months of January to September 2022, according to the Property Consultant, Anarock. 

The property consultant, Anarock, has taken in their mind to combine both Outright Purchases made by the developers in addition to Joint Development Agreements (JDAs).  

A minimum of 68 individual land deals that had accounted for 1,656 acres had been finalized in the first nine months of this year across eight major cities of the country. 

The January-September figure for the year 2022 is much larger than the 2,61,358 units that were sold in the entire 2019 calendar year.
