A list of 118 new roads has been released by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and that road is marked as commercial areas.

Impact charges will be applied to outlets operating their facilities along these lines and the funds will be deposited in the SNDP (Strategic Nala Development) escrow account. 

The GHMC is not charged if the site is a commercial belt or has already been designated in the master plan for commercial use. The impact charge of buildings with one or less floors is 6% or Rs 300 per sq.ft (only the ground floor). Rs 150 or 3 percent per sq.ft impact fees shall apply to a structure with more than one floor. 

For hospitals and schools that operate in G+I buildings, the impact fee is 2 percent or Rs 100 per sq.ft. If the establishment is operating from a multi-storied building, the fee is 1 percent or Rs 50 per sq.ft.
