Hyderabad-Based SuchirIndia to Invest Rs. 175 crore in Residential Project

SuchirIndia, a Hyderabad-based real estate developer plans to invest in a project entitled ‘The Tales of Greek’. The investment reaches 175 crores and is developing a modern residential complex that spreads across 2.75 acres near Satamrai, Shamshabad. With a plan to construct 398 residential flats ranging from 45-50 lakhs, all 2 BHK, the total construction area is 6 lakh square feet. The estimated time for the project to be fully developed is by August 2023. 

The chairman of SuchirIndia quoted “All the approvals are right in place with five banks approving the project. The Project Management Consultant is Knight Frank and the evacuation work is completed already. The land of the project is owned by SuchirIndia and the project is self-funded with no plan to invite any debt currently. 20 percent of the flats are already sold, aiming to sell 80 percent by December 2021 timeframe”. 

The project is entitled to IGBC platinum rating which aims at placing the project in the sustainable development category in affordable housing which is rarely seen in Hyderabad. 

Furthermore, the project amenities are modern with Greek-inspired architecture.  Currently, the developer also aims to take up a villa plot project spread over 11 acres under the Gizapolis project near Kothur which is on Bangalore Highway. The RERA project is 80 percent done with 20 percent expected to be completed by October. Such projects promote affordable housing, helps to upkeep with modern amenities, and simply promote economic growth in general.
