Telangana’s Regional Ring Road to propel realty growth

The Government of Telangana has done wonders with its rapid growth and development plan. It currently aims at concentrating on the Regional Ring Road (RRR) project, which roads the real estate business 20 to 30 years into the future, claimed by Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy. He further continued, the project would propel real estate. The sky would be the limit for the real estate market once the RRR is built,” he added, noting that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was dedicated to seeing the RRR project completed as soon as possible. He had also offered a one-of-a-kind offer to the Indian government to keep the project on track.

We have requested to the National Highways Authority of India that the State government cover half of the land acquisition expenditures for the RRR. No other state has taken such steps,” he added, adding that while people would profit from affordable housing, apartments, and land, the real estate business would benefit as well.

The Minister said that real estate in Telangana is thriving as a result of the State government's policies and programs, after inaugurating the 10th edition of the Hyderabad Property Show, which was organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) at HITEX.

The Minister stated, "The creation of Regional Ring Roads is an innovative concept designed by the Chief Minister, and will prove to be the catalyst of the State's next growth phase. He cited the state of peace and order as well as the quality of governance as key considerations, noting that employment possibilities were also generated.

Prashanth Reddy also mentioned the Strategic Road Development Plan (SRDP), which was conceived by Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Minister KT Rama Rao, noting that the SRDP had improved connectivity through a series of infrastructure projects and the development of link roads, while the State's 24/7 power supply was another game-changer for growth and development in Telangana.

P Ramakrishna Rao, CREDAI Hyderabad's president, and V Rajashekar Reddy, CREDAI Hyderabad's general secretary, also expressed their views on the matter.
