Land Sale at Rs100cr Per Acre Reflects TN-State's Growth

K. Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR), the State's chief minister, said that the extraordinary development of the State was reflected in the selling of land for an unprecedented Rs. 100.75 crores per acre. When considering the impact of global businesses investing so heavily in Telangana's real estate market, he said it's essential to look at the State's growth and economy. The CM mentioned that the development index of Hyderabad is incredibly high and reflects the current situation remarkably. 

CM KCR kindly reminded us that there were concerns about the potential impact of Telangana's formation on Hyderabad, such as the fear of destruction and a decline in land rates. The price of these lands is a way to stand up against those who have hurt Hyderabad's pride. Despite challenges, the state government is working hard to transform cities like Hyderabad into cosmopolitan hubs. KCR congratulated HMDA, Municipal Administration Minister KTR, and HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner Arvind Kumar for their tireless efforts in developing the beautiful city of Hyderabad. 

During the Assembly session, Telangana minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, also known as KTR, commented on the record-breaking auction, noting that the high price of Telangana land resulted from the State's rapid economic growth.
