Lulu Group, a UAE-based retailer, will open its first mall in Hyderabad, Telangana. Lulu Mall is expected to open in August 2023. He said Hyderabad is the group's sixth city after Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Coimbatore.? 

The enormous 5 lakh square feet mall, formerly Manjeera Mall, has been rebranded as Lulu Mall with a Rs 300 crore investment. This renovation would give Hyderabad's esteemed citizens an unparalleled worldwide shopping experience. 

The mall will have a vast Lulu Hypermarket, 75+ local and international businesses, a 5-screen cinema with 1,400 seats, a multi-cuisine food court, and a children's amusement centre. The group chairman stated that the mall will employ around 2,000 people in Kukatpally. 

An export-oriented modern integrated beef processing factory at Chengicherla with a 60-tonne-per-day capacity will cost Rs 200 crore. He said the factory will start operations in 18 months. 

The Lulu group would invest Rs 3,500 crore in Telangana over the next five years. He mentioned the Rs 2,000 crore spent on the Destination mall in Hyderabad and the Rs 1,000 crore spent on smaller malls in the suburbs of Hyderabad and other major cities and towns in the state. 

Yusuff Ali MA stated that Lulu Group intends to build an agriculture sourcing and logistics hub near Hyderabad Airport to facilitate exports and promote Telangana produce worldwide. A seafood procurement and processing centre to support fishing is also planned.?
