Kothaguda flyover is inaugurated by KTR in January's first week

The Kothaguda flyover is built to solve the traffic problems travelers counter in the IT corridors of Gachibowli and Madhapur.

The flyover is 3 km long with an underpass, costing approximately Rs.263 crores. It will be inaugurated by the MA&UD Minister, KT Rama Rao, in the first week of January 2023.

After launch, the facility will aid commuters going through the corridor along with the inhabitants. Throughout the years, the vicinity has evolved into an IT and ITES hub. It has tremendously grown both as a commercial and residential area.

The new flyover will improve connectivity between Mumbai's old and new highways by providing hassle-free vehicular movement between Gachibowli and Miyapur.

Better connectivity will also come into play between Financial District, Hitec City areas, and the areas surrounding the Botanical Gardens.

The flyover is a component of the State government’s plans to ease the traffic movement in Hyderabad. It aims to provide efficient connectivity through SRDP
