Minister KTR Launches VXI Global Solutions' First Centre of Excellence

On August 2, 2023, VXI Global Solutions, a market leader in customer experience management and business transformation services, opened a new delivery centre at International Tech Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad, India. Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, Telangana's Hon'ble Minister for Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Industries and Commerce, Municipal Administration, and Urban Development, presided over the Inauguration event.

Over the next five years, this VXI centre, owned by Bain Capital, is projected to add 10,000 new jobs to the economy.

By entering the Indian market for the first time, VXI demonstrates its dedication to providing high-quality, cost-effective service from one of the world's leading BPO hubs. The new contact centre is conveniently located in the middle of Hyderabad, has state-of-the-art amenities, and can accommodate as many as 1,000 workers by the end of 2023, with plans to grow to 10,000 by the end of the next five years.

Rama Rao stated that Hyderabad was full of talented young people nationwide. He said the city would help the enterprise thrive and promised state support. He welcomed the corporate management and pledged Telangana's assistance.

VXI Global Solutions' executive team met the Minister in May during his US tour and announced a Hyderabad delivery centre. The company opened its 1.2 lakh sq. ft office building in three months and expected to hire over 1,000 people.
