On August 10, 2023, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will hold an e-auction for 14 vacant plots in Budwel, Telangana, from 11 am to 6 pm.

The e-auction registration deadline is 5 pm on Tuesday, August 8, and the EMD payment deadline is 5 pm on Wednesday, August 9. The HMDA will hold a pre-bid meeting with investors?on Sunday, August 6. 

There will be fourteen (3.47 acre to 14.33 acre) plots up for e-auction on August 10, with the minimum upset price per acre set at Rs 20 crore. 

These properties are 15 minutes from Hyderabad Airport and the Financial District. Also, they are near the Neopolis Plan. 

The plots can be paid for in two instalments. After you receive confirmation, you'll need to make the first payment within seven days of receiving the offer letter. This payment should be at least 33 per cent of the sale price, excluding the Earnest Money Deposit. The final payment, including the remaining sale price (including the Earnest Money Deposit), will be paid within 30 days.
