Hyderabad: Miyapur to Gandimaisamma 6 Lane Road Expansion

Miyapur to Gandimaisamma Six Lane Road Expansion to Avoid Traffic Issues

The incredible metropolis of Hyderabad is bustling with construction workers right now. As the city grows, the government is cautiously addressing possible difficulties. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority's new road construction in Hyderabad is included. To ensure the best infrastructure for planned urbanization, HMDA invests Rs 100 crores. A road expansion would connect Gandi Maisamma Junction, where the Mumbai National Highway meets the Medak-Narsapur National Highway, to Miyapur. New tenders have been issued for the Rs. 104.98 crore works.

Miyapur, Bachupalli, Nizampet, IDA Bollaram, Pragathinagar, and Bourampeta have seen a tremendous population increase due to the IT Corridor's prosperity, causing road congestion. The road from Miyapur to Medchal via Gandi Maisamma Plaza is the only one that needs to be improved. HMDA decided to widen the road by 150 feet to accommodate expansion after evaluating traffic flow for several days. The 15-km circuit will significantly assist the local community.

The government has chosen to widen and link roadways to reduce traffic in the inner city. An HMDA flyover bridge is being built at Bachupalli crossroads on the Miapur-Gandi Maisamma route. Construction of this bridge is underway. The Outer Ring Road from Bachupally Square to Mallampally has been expanded. When needed, hundreds of crores are spent on municipal road improvements. The government prioritizes road extension and link road construction in newly developed areas.
