One of the most popular spots in the city is all set to become even more attractive. The Necklace Road, renamed the PV Narasimha Rao Marg, is now getting ready more for visitors, thanks to the creation of exclusive parks, beautiful natural areas, and cycle paths. 

Necklace Road to Get a New Look 

On the Marg, two high walkways that run into the Hussain Sagar are being built. A walk around the Marg shows that the entire stretch has greatly changed. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has built new roads and pavements, increased green coverage, exclusive areas marked as parking areas, lake islands, and theme parks (HMDA). 

Former prime minister PV Narsimha Rao's statue can be seen from Marg's NTR visitors at the entrance of the road on the right-hand side. On June 28, the statue will be uncovered. 

Following the statue, at People's Plaza, people can see Love Hyderabad urban sculpture. The neighborhood is already a popular place for visitors. There are dozens of food stalls, restaurants, and fun parks on the road to the PV Ghat near the end of Marg.  

Upcoming Development Plans  

As soon as the lockdown is lifted, you can enjoy your different cuisines at the nearby restaurants in addition to street food. Plans are afoot to build Neera Café and an exclusive entertainment center. The fun center will be located in the vicinity of Sanjeevaiah Park and will have a unique theatre, virtual reality (VR) games, and roller coasters.
