Due to several factors, the Hyderabad–Warangal highway is quickly becoming an excellent location to invest in plots. The Warangal Highway (NH 163) links Hyderabad to the Bhopalpatnam Road in Chhattisgarh, Warangal, Hamakonda, and Kazipet, three more tier-2 cities. 

Some of Hyderabad's fast-growing neighborhoods are along this highway, including Ghatkesar, Kondamadugu, Pocharam, Bibi Nagar, and Yadagirigutta. NH 163 is connected to the rest of Hyderabad through the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The phase 2 metro line from Secunderabad to Ghatkesar is being built, as is the 132 km Regional Ring Road (RRR) planned for Warangal. 

We have reputable schools, hospitals, and malls regarding social and retail infrastructure. IT Parks and manufacturing facilities are the major employment hubs on NH 163, close to the Hyderabad-Warangal highway. 

The flypast, which runs from Uppal Junction to the CPR Institute in Medipally, will relieve traffic. 

The NHAI is building a four-lane, access-controlled greenfield motorway. At Rs 2,500 crore, it will travel the distance between Mancherial and Warangal. 

Hyderabad and Warangal are connected via the 235-kilometer Hyderabad Warangal Industrial Corridor (HWIC).
