PM Modi to Launch Projects in Telangana

PM Modi is said to launch Rs. 11,000 crores of projects in Telangana.

The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, will dedicate and perform a groundbreaking ceremony for Rs. 11,355 crores worth of projects in the state during his visit to Telangana.  

He will reach the Secunderabad Railway Station directly from Begumpet Airport, where he will flag off the 13th Vande Bharat train running between Secunderabad and Tirupati. 

He will also perform Bhumi Puja for the various development works to renovate and modernise the Secunderabad Railway Station. 

From seamlessly accommodating peak hour traffic of 25,000 passengers to increasing the station building area to 61,912 sq. metres from the current size of 11,427 sqm, several work projects have been undertaken.  

The railway station will also have a 108m double-level air concourse facility connecting the terminal building to all the platforms. 

Multilevel car parking towards the North Terminal and segregation of departure and arrival passengers are more features that will be a part of the new station.
