Techfynder Company Plans to Increase Its Workforce in Hyderabad

TechFynder's online recruitment platform, with its Indian office in Hyderabad, aims to increase its headcount in the city by hiring 200 employees. Currently, the Dublin-based business employs a total of 90 people and plans to build offices in the US and London.

TechFynder to Expand in Hyderabad

It started as a recruitment platform for contract workers in the IT sector, from October 2019, the parent company Test Triangle launched TechFynder to provide contract workers for other industries. They were recruiting temporary contractors for large IT companies such as Accenture, TCS, Infosys and others because a dedicated forum for contractors lacked in this industry.

It has proceeded to see the same kind of interest in other sectors such as pharmaceutical, distribution and marketing for contract employees, and that is how TechFynder came into being. 

The business has a development centre with around 20 employees in Hyderabad and aims to increase this number to 200 by end of next year. Moreover, it now plans to have a headcount of 1,000 employees together in all its offices. In terms of the customer base, 30,000 registered users work for the company.

TechFynder provides three strategic subscriptions include free, regular, and premium also offers services that include testing background verification, hiring outsourcing and providing correct candidates for unique positions. Data analysts, digital transformation-related skill sets and programme managers are the top work profiles on the website, as they are rising year-on-year by 30%.
