The Telangana Congress has made six big promises. The most appealing among the “six” commitments by Telangana's new Chief Minister, A. Revanth Reddy, is free travel for women on RTC buses. State sources reveal RTC earns about Rs. 2,500 crores annually from women passengers. To enact this, the Congress government must compensate RTC, already facing Rs. 6,000 crores in losses.  

Despite recent operational profits, RTC carries a significant debt burden. The party also pledged to waive up to Rs. two lakh in farm loans, surpassing BRS's Rs. 21,000 lakh crore budget for a Rs. one lakh waiver. To honor this, the Congress government needs about Rs. 35,000 lakh crores over five years for the farm loan waiver. Fulfilling these could be expensive for the government. It might put a heavy financial burden on them. 

Congress 6 Guaranteed Card that is allotted to all Telangana People by the New Government: - 

The promises consisted of Mahalakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Gruha Jyothi, Indiramma Indlu, Yuva Vikasam, and Cheyutha. They were crucial in the party's significant win in a state previously governed by BRS. 

• Congress Guarantee 1:- 

In the Mahalakshmi Scheme, women will receive Rs. 2500 every month, Gas Cylinders for Rs. 500, and Free Travel in RTC Buses. 

• Congress Guarantee 2:- 

In Rythu Bharosa every year Rs. 15,000 for farmers & tenant farmers, Rs. 12,000 for agricultural labor, and Rs. 500 bonus for Paddy Crop. 

• Congress Guarantee 3:- 

In Gruha Jyothi 200 units of free electricity for all households. 

• Congress Guarantee 4:- 

In Indiramma Indlu they will be providing a House Site, Rs. 5 lakh for people not having their own houses, and a 250-yard plot for all Telangana movement fighters. 

• Congress Guarantee 5:- 

In Yuva Vikasam they will allot a Vidhya Bharosa Card worth Rs. 5 lakh for students, for Telangana International Schools in every mandal. 

• Congress Guarantee 6:- 

In Cheyutha scheme for senior citizens, they will give Rs. 4000 monthly pension, and Rs. 10 lakh Rajiv Arogyasri Insurance.
