TS Govt to Construct Elevated Corridor in Chanchalguda to Ease Traffic

Telangana Government is gearing up for construction of another elevated corridor in Hyderabad. MAUD Minister KT Rama Rao laid the foundation stone for the long flyover from Government Printing Press in Chanchalguda to Yadagiri Theatre.

Upcoming Four-Lane Bi-Directional Flyover in Chanchalguda

Focusing on the committed state government plan to provide traffic congestion free facilities in Hyderabad, construction of proposed flyover work has started. The elevated corridor will be passing via Chanchalguda Junction, Saidabad Junction, Dhobighat Junction and IS Sadan Junction.

SRDP will undertake the proposed project works at the cost of Rs.523.37 crore. The coming up corridor will encompass the length of 3.382 km, of which the flyover length would be 2.58 km, and the remaining space is for the two side ramps.

This new four-lane bidirectional flyover would ease traffic congestion from the Nalgonda X to Owaisi Hospital Junction easily. It will also minimize travel time and ensure free vehicular movement in the IS Sadan X Junctions to Champapet and Chandrayangutta.

The planned corridor would benefit the commuters in the form of reduced congestion and also boost residential real estate investments.
