CMRS Checks the Efficiency of New Improvements to Metro Rail Corridors

Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety (CMRS), Janak Kumar Garg, and the Railway Safety Commission team has concluded a three-day inspection of the latest features at different metro stations in the city.

CMRS Inspects on Metro Rail Efficiency

L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited informed that the CMRS had investigated the effectiveness of new signalling and train control system upgrades across three metro rail corridors, including Miyapur to LB Nagar, JBS to MGBS, and Nagole to Raidurg. This integrated system would provide the entire metro corridor network with operational quality, resulting in the smooth operation of metro services.

Adding to this numerous civil works at the entrance and exits, newly commissioned elevators and escalators at a few metro stations were listed in the inspection. The CMRS satisfied the overall performance of the systems and related works and approved the certificate of continuity.

With the successful completion of this inspection, now ramped-up systems will be used for enhanced service efficiency, providing all passengers with an even more secure and smooth travel experience.
