The State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) has provided clearances for many commercial and residential projects in the west part of Hyderabad to assist real estate developers and other business owners who need environmental clearance to start big complexes.

Environmental Clearance Real Estate Projects 

At least 35 applications for environmental clearance (EC) have been received for major residential and office projects during the pandemic in the last two months to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority. The majority of projects planned for environmental clearance related to major developments in IT and luxury villa projects in Hyderabad western zone.

Phoenix Living Spaces Pvt Limited has been given an EC to develop a residential-office-cum-hotel complex in Nanakramguda of Serilingampally in Rangareddy, as per the State level Environment Impact Assessment Authority. Over the past two months, Phoenix has tried EC alone for some six projects. Also, most of the projects regarding real estate ventures applied for the environment clearances.

The real estate transactions were affected for about a month during the lockdown time. The condition changed later in June and sales are now improving. In addition to western Hyderabad, the villa projects in Bachupally and Gowdavelli are also in demand. Also, retirement homes are now in high demand as apartments. 

The upcoming Environmental Clearance luxurious villas and IT offices will strengthen the west Hyderabad real estate as an investment destination.
