With the city's core being occupied entirely, Hyderabad, in the last fifteen years, has witnessed massive development in the suburbs, such as Gachibowli, Kondapur, Nizampet, Suchitra Junction, and others, due to the realty boom. 

The sale of constructed inventory rose by huge numbers due to these suburbs uniting the city’s central area and competing with residential, commercial, and office activities.  

Simultaneously,  the obtainable inventories and those under construction have become costlier. This has moved the property interest beyond the prime locations to newer development options.
