Hyderabad witnesses mega land deals in 2021

Hyderabad has seen vigorous growth in real estate across asset classes quarter-on-quarter and beheld two mega land deals for residential development for an aggregate of 78 acres worth Rs 1,050 crores in 2021 till now. 

An Anarock official exclaimed that the two separate deals over 78 acres of land eligible for large-scale residential development projects have also taken place in Narsingi and Shamshabad. 

Hyderabad’s heftiest land deals include Rajapushpa Properties buying a 25 acre land in Narsingi for Rs 800 crores in February, and IRA Realty Tech buying 53 land acres in Shamshabad for Rs 250 crores in April. 

The vice-chairman of Anarck Group, Santhosh Kumar, said: “Approximately 28 separate land deals for over 1,205 acres took place between Q3 2020 and November 2021 for residential development in the top seven cities of India including Hyderabad.”
