HYDERABAD - 2nd MOST EXPENSIVE RESIDENTIAL REALTY MARKET 

Hyderabad is the second most expensive residential realty market in India with property prices ranging from Rs 5,800 - Rs 6,000 per square foot, averagely Rs 5,751. 

Hyderabad's residential realty prices have crossed other IT centers as calculated by the report by Real Estate (Residential) in 2021. 

Hyderabad sold approximately 7,812 units in July - September and maximum sales prevailed in Bachupally, Gandipet, Tellapur, Miyapur, Dundigal, and other localities. This indicated the expanding demand for real estate.The report said that Hyderabad had the lowest inventory overhand of 25 months among the 8 top Indian cities. 

Housing affordability is tallied high and supported by the 10-year low home loan interest rates and sops as per Rajan Sood, the business head of PropTiger.com.  

Rajan Sood said that the buyers are availing temporary discounts despite the risen  overall construction cost. The states can assist the recovery process by endorsing new encouragements for potential house buyers or extending or launching stamp duties and circle rate waivers.
