Real Estate biggie made an investment worth Rs.247.50 crore

Real estate company Aparna Constructions has purchased office buildings spread across 4.3 lakh sq ft for Rs 247.5 crore in Hyderabad, documents accessed by Propstack showed. The transactions, valued at Rs 247.5 crore, were carried out through Aparna’s subsidiary Hitech CyberSpazio.

The office space seller is ENN ENN Corp Limited, earlier known as Abhishek Group of companies. Hitec Cyberspazio LLP, the buyer is a limited liability partnership corporation with its registered office in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.  

The first property, 2,52,000 sq ft ground plus five-storey, was constructed by L&T Infocity in 2005 and sold to ENN ENN Corp in 2011. The second property rented out to HSBC Electronic Data Processing India is spread over 1,81,000 sq ft in Madhapur Hitech City.
