Real Estate Of The West Hyderabad Blooming     

The western corridor i.e; Kukatpally to Kondapur and Manikonda to Gachibowli became the hotspot of real estate. Though many IT offices are yet to be opened for employees, the demand for real estate in that region continues to be growing. Hitec City, Financial District and surrounding areas are free of the newly launched space. 

“The mid and the high-income budget included the launch of several projects in July-September 2021. Healthy demand from potential buyers helped lift sales that initially witnessed a dip amid a resurgence of Covid-19 cases in April 2021,” as per a report by a website. The western corridor went on to dominate the real estate market. 

Rental market 

The rental housing market is still struggling as just 55% of the companies have postponed their re-opening plans and extended work-from-home. 

Premium property 

The demand for larger homes has gained momentum in Hyderabad. Nanakramguda, Kokapet, Narsingi, and Kondapur in the western area are newly launched real estate. This area recorded around 12,000 units in the first half of 2021.
