KTR Lays Foundations for a Four-Lane Road Under Bridge & CiNaRe Auditorium

Hyderabad: On Wednesday, KT Rama Rao (Urban Development Minister) and Municipal Administration laid the foundation for a four-lane Road under Bridge between the two industrial areas - Sanathnagar and Balanagar. This will reduce the distance by 6.5 km, thereby saving the time of the commuters. The total cost of the structure is estimated at Rs. 68.30 crores.

This initiative of the Government will ease traffic congestion on the existing Fatehnagar flyover. As per the Minister, the RUB is expected to be completed by the year-end. As part of the road development process, 37 new links roads will be developed in different areas of the city to ease the traffic congestion. Also, the public can access the two new link roads from Thursday. The Minister also announced that one lakh double-bedroom house would soon be handed over to the city's beneficiaries.

As per T. Srinivas Yadav (Animal Husbandry Minister), the MAUD Minister had earlier sanctioned an indoor stadium, water reservoir, and a crematorium in the Sanathnagar area along with the latest Road Under Bridge sanction.

KTR lays the foundation for CiNaRe Auditorium in Hyderabad

In remembrance of the Gnanpeet awardee, on the 89th birth anniversary of the late Dr. C. Narayana Reddy (legendary writer and poet), the MAUD Minister laid the foundation for the auditorium. 

He was the first writer and poet from South India to become a Rajya Sabha member too. Mr. Rao feels honored to represent the constituency where Dr. C. Narayana Reddy was born. The auditorium is spread across 3000 square yards and is expected to be completed at the earliest.
