The Sree Siddi Vinayaka Property Developers (SSVPD) have announced the commencement of the upcoming mega venture, called the Money Plant Township at Kolanupaka, located in the Alair town in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana state.  

This gated community, called Money Plant Township, spread out over 120 acres, is being developed in three respective phases.  

The cost of the Money Plant Township, which is a 120-square-yard plot, is Rs. 6.96 lakhs. Its layout has been approved by the DTCP.  

On the special occasion of this establishment's commencement, the company gave a special offer price of Rs. 6 lakhs only.  

Usually, the regular price is Rs. 5,799 per square yard, but it announced a limited-time offer at Rs. 4,999 per square yard.  

The SSVPD management will look after the maintenance of the sandalwood trees that will be planted and grown in these respective plots.  

The company briefly mentioned in a statement that returns aside, each and every plot owner will be given access to an international standard clubhouse and a complimentary resort membership.
