Government's Development Measures

Modi stated that people with wrong intentions brought disrespect to the entire real estate market, distressing our middle class. He added that some recent studies showed that after the implementation of this rule, middle-class homes were quickly completed. All-round development from modern public transport to housing would make life easier in cities.

Recognizing that the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was inaugurated from Agra, under this scheme, more than one crore houses were approved for the urban poor. Help is being provided to the city's middle-class families to buy houses for the first time. So far, more than 12 lakh urban families have been helped by around Rs 28,000 crore to purchase houses.

Under the AMRUT mission, infrastructure such as water and sewage is being upgraded in several cities, and help is being given to local authorities to improve public toilets in cities and to implement a modern waste management system.

The dreams of a new India today are big and tremendous. But, it is not enough to visualize the dreams, courage is needed to fulfil them. No obstacle can stop you when you move ahead with courage and dedication. This bravery and determination are shown by the youth of India and smaller cities.

He said that under the Make in India mission, metro rail coaches are being manufactured in India. India is becoming self-reliant when it comes to the metro network.
