Prestige Group developer and Awfis co-working office provider have partnered up to set up six new commercial centres in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

Prestige Group has joined hands with co-working operator Awfis to set up six centres of approximately 4,000 desks with a cost of Rs 40 crore in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The Prestige Group and Awfis headquartered in Bengaluru will be jointly investing in setting up commercial centres and sharing the profits.

The three cities are clustered at the Prestige Group's six centres, spread over 2 lakh square feet. In total, a sum of Rs 40 crore has been invested in developing these six centres. Between April and July of this year, all these centres will become operational.

List of Areas of Upcoming Six Office Centres

Four are located in Bengaluru's prime commercial locations:

• Koramangala
• Outer Ring Road 
• Two in Whitefield
• Guindy in Chennai 
• Begumpet in Hyderabad

The firm aims to decentralise its workplace in light of the requirements of not only start-ups and SMEs but also mid- and big companies. This new development would address the rapidly shifting needs of new-age employees and organisations.

Ample commercial spaces and availability of a big talent pool make the city an attractive destination, which, the experts believe, will boost the realty sector.
