Regional Ring Road attracting builders to Hyderabad 

Many builders and developers from North India are gaining interest in Hyderabad real estate and executing a few projects with the Regional Ring Road project works gaining pace. 

The RRR is a 340-km-long project launching around Hyderabad city. The State government declared its decision to assume 50 percent of the land acquisition cost for the project. The Centre has authorized an agency to prepare alignments for the northern part of RRR and it is anticipated to be done by January. 

A member from the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India exclaimed that with the project works gaining momentum. A few builders and developers from North India have made a few explorations viewing lands around Sangareddy, Sadasivapet, Medchal, and other northern parts. 

RRR is a mega project drawing the attention of builders and developers who are exploring possibilities in executing projects in partnership with builders and developers from Hyderabad. 

It will be a win-win situation for both companies and different options of funding patterns are being explored. Builders and developers from Hyderabad amass resources, including manpower, equipment, and managing logistics aspects, and North can finance the projects.
