Gachibowli becomes Hyderabad new hotspot 

Gachibowli has gained a lot of prestige in real estate, with major IT company campuses being set up. Prominent shopping malls, street food joints, hospitals, and five-star hotels have added feathers to the cap of Gachibowli. 

Estates like spacious apartments and villas would require more than ?1 crore, as these areas now belong to the premium segments. 

Madhusudhan Reddy, MD, Dwelton Reality said that the reason for elevated prices of properties near Gachibowli is due to the increased cost of land, labor, and raw materials in the last 3 to 4 years. Kalisetti Naidu, real estate space analyst, and CEO said that these areas have economic drivers like big companies, and hence, property prices have increased thrice since the last 10 years.  

Properties that fit the approximate budget of Rs 75 lakh - Rs 1 crore can be found in areas like Ameenpur, Miyapur, BHEL quadrant, Chandanagar, etc. Naidu said that these economic drivers would support the price mentioned by developers. These areas do not have any massive economic drivers. So, buyers with lower budgets will flock to these areas.
